The Opportunity Engine is built by MYLES Strategy & Innovation — a consultancy that has spent two decades turning customer evidence into growth strategies for enterprises across Europe. We didn’t pivot into software. We built the tool we wished we’d had for the last 20 years.
OUR STORY
From consulting practice to product
For over two decades, our team has conducted thousands of customer interviews and mapped tens of thousands of desired outcomes using Outcome-Driven Innovation® — the methodology created by Tony Ulwick, our cooperation partner.
Through that work, we saw the same bottleneck in every engagement: turning raw customer evidence into structured, actionable needs was painfully slow, inconsistent, and locked inside senior researchers’ heads.
The Opportunity Engine exists to break that bottleneck. We trained OutcomeLLM on 20+ years of expert-written outcome statements paired with original customer language. The result: methodology-grade analysis at machine speed.
