Week 4: Opportunity Mapping

Building opportunity landscapes, scoring importance vs satisfaction, and identifying underserved needs.

Week 5: Strategy Formation

Translating needs models into product strategy, prioritizing the roadmap, and aligning stakeholders.

Applying learnings to your real projects, setting up continuous monitoring, and building organizational capability.
